To meet this recognized need Training Matters deliver this Learning and Development level 3 programme to ensure that the professionals delivering the training opportunities within the organisation are appropriately qualified.

This innovative and creative programme takes a fresh approach to learning and development.  We use electronic portfolios to submit and assess work which means the emphasis is on you and not the portfolio building. Candidates will work towards a vocational qualification in Learning and Development at level 3, but the emphasis of the programme will focus on individual and organizational development through effective learning and development.

All candidates have access to an online coach as regular personal contact and coaching remain crucial to the development of the managers.
